All prices listed are in SCR.
We accept the following payment methods:

  • Direct bank transfer

We do not accept:

  • Cash payments

  • Cash on delivery

Orders must be paid in full before processing.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship locally and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location. Once shipped, delivery is handled by the courier. Matte Magik is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The wrong item is delivered

  • There is a verified issue with the product

Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
Due to hygiene and safety, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned.

All content on our website including text, photos, designs, logos, and product names is the property of Matte Magik and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Matte Magik is not liable for:

  • Delays in shipment
