Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email sales@mattemagik.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned unless the product is faulty.
